• Se usa in cuando equivale a a dentro de: in my bag, in the book
• Se usa inside cuando el contenedor es un espacio cerrado: inside the box, inside the circle
• Se usa on cuando equivale a encima de: on the table, on the beach, on the road
• Se usa at para un edificio o lugar concreto: at the theather,  at home
